The Zoning Administrator is hereby designated as the administrative agency charged with the duty of administering and enforcing the regulations herein described. The duties of the Zoning Administrator shall include that of hearing and deciding all applications for permits and variances under the provisions of this chapter. Notices of all actions taken pursuant to this Chapter shall be in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 18.10, Level V. (Ord. 938, 2/3/64; 3433, 8/23/83)
