The Statement of Intention Combining District denotes those lands for which the Board of Supervisors has adopted a Statement of Intention in accordance with Section 1630 of the State Revenue and Taxation Code. The Statement of Intention constitutes a rebuttable presumption that the Board of Supervisors intends to refrain from rezoning the subject property in the predictable future.
