(a) Residential Uses. The Design Criteria, found in Chapter 13.11, shall apply to all projects of three or more units.
(b) Other Uses. The design criteria to be applied to all uses other than those subject to a Timber Harvesting or Mining Permit shall be as provided in Chapter 13.11. (Ord. 3344, 11/23/82; 3432, 8/23/83; 4496-C, 8/4/98)
