Chapter 13.10 ZONING REGULATIONS
13.10.277 Violations of development standards.
(a) Yard Setback Requirements. It shall be unlawful for any person to do,
cause, permit, aid, abet or furnish equipment or labor for any construction of
structures within the yard setback areas required by the regulations of the zone
district in which the site is located unless a Development Permit has been
obtained and is in effect which authorizes a variance for such
construction.
(b) Height Limitations. It shall be unlawful for any person to
do, cause, permit, aid, abet or furnish equipment or labor for construction of a
structure of a height in excess of the maximum height limitation of the zone
district in which the site is located unless a Development Permit has been
obtained and is in effect which authorizes a variance for such
construction.
(c) Lot Coverage Limitations. It shall be unlawful for any
person to do, cause, permit, aid, abet or furnish equipment or labor for
construction of a structure which exceeds the maximum percentage of lot coverage
of the zone district in which the site is located unless a Development Permit
has been obtained and is in effect which authorizes a variance for such
