Chapter 13.10 ZONING REGULATIONS
13.10.225 Emergency use approval.
(a) Emergency use approvals may be granted at the discretion of the
Planning Director to allow the temporary relocation of a use when the use has
been displaced from its original location as a result of damage or destruction
by a natural disaster for which a local emergency has been declared by the Board
of Supervisors.
(b) Application for review of the occupancy under the
provisions of this chapter and Chapter 18.10 shall be made within ninety (90)
days of the date of issuance of the emergency permit or the use shall be
