All terms used in this Chapter shall be as defined in the County General Plan and the Local Coastal Program Land Use Plan except as defined below.
(a) Resource and Constraint Maps. The maps adopted as a part of the Local Coastal Program Land Use Plan designating resources and constraints in the Coastal Zone and including designations of Sensitive Habitats, Biotic Resources, Prime Agricultural Land, Timber Resources, Geologic Hazards, Water Resources, and Visual Resources.
