12.28.010 Purpose.
The purpose of this chapter is to prevent persons from using the beaches
of the county as race tracks for motor vehicles. The use of beaches as race
tracks for motor vehicles causes annoying noises and endangers the health and
safety of persons who desire to use the beaches for picnicking, fishing,
camping, or swimming. This chapter is not meant to prevent people from driving
motor vehicles on beaches to transport people or supplies for picnicking,
fishing, camping, or swimming. (Prior code § 22-20.1 (part))
12.28.020 Definition.

22-20.2)
