A. Traffic Regulations. Traffic on the Lahaina Civic Center main driveway shall be authorized in both directions; provided, that it is unlawful to make a left turn into Honoapiilani Highway from the northerly end of the driveway and provided, further, that the foregoing prohibition on left turns into Honoapiilani Highway shall not apply to vehicles of the department of fire control of the county when responding to a fire or emergency.

B. Parking. Parking along the Lahaina Civic Center main driveway is prohibited except on the mauka side of the driveway fronting the tennis courts.

C. Violations. Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than two hundred fifty dollars. (Ord. 413.208 § 2, 1987)
