10.72.010 Violation--Summons or citation.
There shall be provided for use by authorized police officers a form of
summons or citation for use in citing violators of those traffic laws which do
not mandate the physical arrest of such violators. (Ord. 413 § 10-20.1,

10.72.020 Violation--Penalty.
Any person convicted of a violation of any section or provision of this
title shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100 for the first offense,
and not more than $250 for every subsequent offense. (Ord. 413.172 § 1,
