Upon the streets or portions thereof set forth in Sections 10.32.020 through 10.32.050, vehicular traffic shall move only in the indicated direction when signs indicating the direction of traffic are erected and maintained at every intersection where movement in the opposite direction is prohibited. In Wailuku district, the direction of traffic shall be as follows:

A. Market Street between Wells and Vineyard Streets, traffic to move in a northerly direction only;

B. Church Street from Vineyard Street to Kaohu Street, traffic to move in a southerly direction only;

C. Muliwai Drive loop, counter-clockwise only;

D. Maluhia Drive, traffic to enter from Main Street and exit on Central Avenue only;

E. Wailani Street in Wailuku, between Nani Street and Loke Street, traffic to move in a northerly direction;

F. East Main Street in Wailuku, from the junction of Kaniela Street to Central Avenue, traffic to move in a westerly direction only;

G. Oihana Street in Wailuku, from the intersection of Kinipopo Street to the intersection of Kanoa Street, traffic to move in an easterly direction only;

H. In Wailuku, on Malako Street from its intersection with High Street, traffic to move in a westerly direction; thence on Koeli Street, traffic to move in a northerly direction, and thence on Aupuni Street to its intersection with High Street, traffic to move in an easterly direction; provided, that such one-way street pattern shall be applicable only on school days between the hours of seven a.m. and eight a.m. and between the hours of one p.m. and two-thirty p.m.;

I. Olu Drive between N. Market and Hinano Streets, traffic to move in an easterly (makai) direction only;

J. Kala Road, in the vicinity of Kahului airport, from the intersection at Hana Highway to Eena Street, traffic to move in a westerly direction only. In Lahaina district, the direction of traffic shall be as follows:

A. Papelekane Street in Lahaina, traffic to enter from Wharf Street to exit on Front Street only;

B. Front Street between Honoapiilani Highway and Fleming Road in Mala, Lahaina, traffic to move in a southerly direction only;

C. Wharf Street, traffic to proceed in a southerly direction from the intersection of Hotel and Wharf Streets to Canal Street;

D. Canal Street, traffic to proceed in an easterly direction from Wharf Street to Front Street;

E. Hotel Street, traffic to proceed in a westerly direction from Front Street to Wharf Street;

F. Luakini Street, traffic to proceed in a northerly direction from Prison Street to Lahainaluna Road;

A. Mana Street in Lanai City, traffic to move in a northwesterly direction only;

B. Kahana Street in Lanai City, traffic to move in a northwesterly direction only;

C. Palawai Lane in Lanai City, traffic to move in a northwesterly direction only;

D. Gay Street, between Third Street and Sixth Street in Lanai City, traffic to move in a southeasterly direction only;

E. Gay Street, between Kaumalapau Highway and Ninth Street in Lanai City, traffic to move in a northwesterly direction only;

F. Houston Street, between Third Street and Sixth Street in Lanai City, traffic to move in a southeasterly direction only;

G. Houston Street, between Kaumalapau Highway and Ninth Street in Lanai City, traffic to move in a northwesterly direction only;

H. Jacaranda Street, between Third Street and Sixth Street in Lanai City, traffic to move in a southeasterly direction only;

I. Jasmine Drive, from Kaumalapau Highway to approximately three hundred feet north of Thirteenth Street, turning west onto Ilima Avenue, in Lanai City, traffic to move in a northwesterly direction;

J. Koele Street, between Third Street and Sixth Street in Lanai City, traffic to move in a southeasterly direction only;

K. Koele Street, between Sixth Street and Seventh Street, traffic to move in a northwesterly direction only;

L. Mahana Place, between Third Street and Fifth Street in Lanai City, traffic to move in a southeasterly direction only;

In Makawao, on Ukiu Road, commencing at its intersection with Baldwin Avenue, traffic shall move in a westerly direction, and ending with its intersection with Maha Road; provided, that such one-way street pattern shall be applicable only on school days between the hours of seven a.m. and eight a.m. and between the hours of one p.m. and two-thirty p.m. (Ord. 413.123 § 1(a), 1978: Ord. 413 § 10-10.1(D), 1965)
