Chapter 2.24 VOLUNTEER FIRE STATIONS
2.24.010 Hana volunteer fire station--Established.
2.24.020 Hana volunteer fire station--Workers' compensation benefits.
2.24.030 Lanai volunteer fire station--Established.
2.24.040 Lanai volunteer fire station--Workmen's compensation benefits.
2.24.050 Molokai volunteer fire station--Established.
2.24.010 Hana volunteer fire station--Established.
In accordance with the provisions of section 46-13.1 of the Hawaii revised
statutes, there is established a volunteer fire station in Hana, Maui, county of
Maui, state of Hawaii. (Ord. 1899 § 2, 1990: Ord. 864 § 1 (part),

2.24.020 Hana volunteer fire station--Workers' compensation benefits.
Volunteer personnel of the volunteer fire station shall be entitled to
workers' compensation benefits, as provided by law. (Ord. 864 § 1 (part),
1977: prior code § 20-2.2)
2.24.030 Lanai volunteer fire station--Established.
In accordance with provisions of section 46-13.1 of the Hawaii revised
statutes, there is established a volunteer fire station in Lanai City, Lanai,
county of Maui, state of Hawaii. (Ord. 1899 § 3, 1990: prior code §
20-1.1)
2.24.040 Lanai volunteer fire station--Workmen's compensation benefits.
Volunteer personnel of the volunteer fire station shall be entitled to
workmen's compensation benefits, as provided by law. (Ord. 776 § 1, 1973:
prior code § 20-1.2)
2.24.050 Molokai volunteer fire station--Established.
In accordance with provisions of section 46-13.1 of the Hawaii revised
statutes, there is established a volunteer fire station in Pukoo, Molokai,
county of Maui, state of Hawaii. (Ord. 1899 § 1, 1990)
