2.05.010 Council’s authority to establish.
The council, by resolution, may establish committees. The resolution shall
identify the council members who are voting members of each committee and may
provide for council members who are nonvoting members who will not be counted
toward quorum. (Ord. 3509 § 1 (part), 2007)
2.05.020 Quorum; number of votes necessary to validate acts.
A majority of the voting members to which each committee is entitled shall
constitute a quorum to do business. Where a majority or supermajority vote is
required, the concurrence of a majority or supermajority of all the voting
members to which the committee is entitled shall be necessary to make the action
of the committee valid. (Ord. 3509 § 1 (part), 2007)
