Pursuant to Section 5120 of the Public Resources Code of the state
of California, the board of supervisors does hereby declare its intention to
establish an aero museum for the exhibition of objects, artifacts and
memorabilia related to aviation and aeronautics. (Ord. 10375 § 1 ,
1971.)
2.90.020 Location.
The museum described in Section 2.90.010 shall be established and
maintained at the General William J. Fox Airfield in Lancaster, California.
