A law library shall be established and maintained in and for the county of Los Angeles under and by virtue of the act approved March 31, 1891, entitled, “an act to establish law libraries.” The said act shall apply to Los Angeles County, and the library hereby established shall be managed, controlled and maintained in accordance therewith.
