2.24.010 Adoption of Government Code Section 68546.
The board adopts the provisions of Section 68546 of the Government

2.24.020 Transfer of judges and other officers.
If the chairman of the judicial council assigns a judge of a
municipal court in this county to sit in the Superior Court of this county, the
presiding judge of such municipal court may with the consent of the presiding
judge of the Superior Court also assign the court reporter, deputy clerk and
deputy marshal, or any of them of such municipal court, to act as court
reporter, deputy clerk and deputy sheriff, respectively, for the Superior Court
during the period for which such judge is assigned. If there be no presiding
judge of a municipal court, the senior or sole judge of such municipal court may
