A. No person shall deny any individual the full and equal enjoyment of, or place different terms and conditions on the availability or the use of, any facility, program or service wholly or partially operated or funded by the county, because the individual has AIDS or an AIDS related condition as those terms are defined in Section 13.70.020.
B. Nothing in this section shall be construed as prohibiting conduct which is proved to be necessary to protect the health and safety of any individual or the general public. (Ord. 89-0015 § 2, 1989.)
