2.110.010 Director--Defined.

2.110.020 Director--Program administration duties.

In addition to any other duties imposed upon him by Ordinance 4099, the director shall administer the relocation assistance program of this county pursuant to Chapter 16 (commencing with Section 7260) of Division 7 of Title 1 of the Government Code, and in conformity with rules and regulations adopted by the board pursuant to said Chapter 16. 2.110.030 Supplementary rules and regulations--Adoption and administration.

The director may adopt and administer such supplementary rules and regulations as he finds necessary and appropriate to carry out the provisions of this chapter and the rules and regulations adopted by the board pursuant to said Chapter 16 cited in Section 2.110.020. When and if it is determined by the director that federal or state funds are or may be available to offset the costs of payments made pursuant to the said regulations adopted by the board, he may adopt all or part of applicable federal or state rules, regulations, standards and forms to assure maximum offsetting revenue from such sources. Such rules, regulations or standards, however, shall not limit or decrease the payments authorized by rules or regulations adopted by the board. 2.110.040 Records maintained for audit.

The director shall maintain appropriate records of each transaction for audit purposes and for complying with federal or state requirements for maintenance of records where federal or state funds are or may be available for reimbursement of the county’s costs.
